Why
Do you have a strong candidate to refer? Then this is the right place for you! The South African Talent Referral Desk has been created as a central point where our external recruiters and referrers can easily submit candidate profiles.
For every candidate you refer to us, you can receive a referral bonus if we successfully place the technician. Once the candidate has successfully completed their probation period, you will receive a €750 net referral bonus.
Please note: the bonus does not apply if we have already been in contact with your referral within the past year. The referral bonus remains valid if we place your candidate within one year of the date you submitted their details.
