Field Service Engineer

The role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on stationary compressed air installations both at customer sites and in our workshop. You will diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults, commission new installations and install compressed air piping systems. In addition, you will advise customers on the efficient use of compressed air systems, complete service reports accurately and communicate technical findings and customer feedback with the Account Manager and Planning Department.

Although your primary focus will be on compressed air installations, you will also have the opportunity to work with a wide range of equipment used in the construction and industrial sectors.

What you bring

You are a hands-on engineer with a passion for solving technical problems and delivering excellent service to customers. You have a technical background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics and experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. Whether you already have experience as a Field Service Engineer or have worked as a Service or Maintenance Technician, you are eager to continue developing your technical skills. You are able to work independently, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. A valid driving licence and a good command of either Dutch or English are required.
