About the role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play an essential role in keeping our production equipment and systems in top condition. Your primary focus is on minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring a safe working environment.
In this position, you are responsible for carrying out both preventive and corrective maintenance on various production machines. You will regularly inspect, adjust, and repair both mechanical and electrical components, while also identifying signs of wear and replacing parts before they cause disruptions. In addition to daily maintenance tasks, you will actively support improvement and automation projects aimed at optimizing technical performance and efficiency.
All completed work is logged accurately in the maintenance system, ensuring clear communication and traceability. You work closely with machine operators and production staff to align on priorities and to keep operations running smoothly.
This is a day-shift position, with working hours from 06:00 to 17:00. Occasionally, you may be scheduled for a Saturday shift as part of planned maintenance activities.
What do you bring
You have a solid technical background, ideally with a diploma in mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical red seal. You have practical experience in industrial maintenance and knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems is considered a strong plus.
You work accurately and independently, but are also a reliable team player. You can handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and enjoy solving technical challenges. Good English skills are required Dutch is not necessary.
You are eligible and willing to relocate to the Netherlands. Support will be provided through the Highly Skilled Migrant program.
